Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern services provided by DOXYNI LLC, operating as DOXYNI Operations Group (“DOXYNI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging DOXYNI for services, the client agrees to these Terms and any applicable service agreement, proposal, or statement of work.
1. Services Provided
DOXYNI Operations Group provides professional operational and administrative support, which may include Business Operations, Real Estate Operations, Vendor & Project Coordination, Seasonal Operations, and other agreed-upon support services.
The specific scope, duration, deliverables, responsibilities, and fees for an engagement may be established through a separate service agreement, proposal, service inquiry, or other written agreement.
DOXYNI provides administrative and operational coordination. We do not provide legal, accounting, engineering, construction, financial, or other professional or licensed services unless expressly authorized and legally permitted to do so.
2. Real Estate Operations
When providing real estate transaction support, DOXYNI's services generally begin after the applicable purchase agreement and related transaction documents have been executed by the appropriate parties. DOXYNI provides administrative and operational transaction support and does not independently represent buyers or sellers on behalf of its clients. Activities requiring a real estate license or brokerage relationship remain the responsibility of the appropriate real estate professional and brokerage.
3. Vendor & Project Coordination
DOXYNI may provide administrative coordination involving vendors, service providers, clients, and other project participants. Our role may include scheduling, communication, document organization, timeline and milestone tracking, follow-up, status reporting, and other administrative project activities.
DOXYNI does not warrant or guarantee the workmanship, performance, licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, or conduct of independent vendors or service providers. Clients remain responsible for approving vendors, contracts, expenditures, and decisions requiring professional or licensed expertise unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Seasonal and Short-Term Services
Certain DOXYNI services may be offered for limited enrollment periods, seasonal business cycles, temporary operational needs, or defined projects. Availability, scope, pricing, service periods, capacity, and deliverables may vary by offering and will be communicated before services begin.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, documents, approvals, access, credentials, decisions, and other resources reasonably necessary for DOXYNI to perform the agreed services. Delays, incomplete information, unavailable third parties, or untimely client decisions may affect deadlines, deliverables, or service timelines.
6. Payment Terms
Service fees are established before services begin or as otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, proposal, or invoice. Invoices are due according to the payment terms provided for the applicable service. Late or unpaid balances may result in applicable late fees, suspension of services, or termination of the engagement as permitted by the applicable agreement.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Because DOXYNI services may involve reserved capacity, customized work, project preparation, administrative activity, and time-sensitive services, fees for work already performed or services already commenced are non-refundable. Any additional cancellation terms applicable to a particular service will be identified in the applicable service agreement, proposal, or service terms.
8. Confidentiality
DOXYNI treats client information and non-public business information as confidential and will not intentionally disclose such information to unauthorized third parties except when authorized by the client, reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services, or required by law. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide DOXYNI with information and documentation supplied during an engagement.
9. Technology and DOXYNI Operations OS
DOXYNI may use internal technology, automation, software, and its proprietary DOXYNI Operations OS to support service delivery, workflow management, documentation, communications, and operational tracking. DOXYNI Operations OS is an internal business system and does not constitute client-facing software or create a right of access, ownership, license, or use for clients unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Third-Party Services
DOXYNI may communicate or coordinate with third-party companies, platforms, vendors, professionals, or service providers as necessary to perform an engagement. DOXYNI is not responsible for third-party systems, service interruptions, independent professional decisions, vendor performance, or actions outside DOXYNI's reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DOXYNI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. DOXYNI is not responsible for errors, delays, losses, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by clients or third parties, client decisions, third-party performance, or circumstances outside DOXYNI's reasonable control.
12. No Guarantee of Outcome
DOXYNI provides operational and administrative services designed to support organization, coordination, communication, and execution. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, transaction, project, vendor, closing, or other outcome.
13. Modifications
DOXYNI may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect when services are provided will apply unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Continued engagement of DOXYNI after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
